[Cpl. (later Sgt., now Sfc.) John M. Holman, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marshall S. Holman of 263 Mill Road, Hampton, has been stationed in Gablingen, Germany from the Fall of 1951 through December 1953. During these years, he has sent pieces to Hampton Union about millitary life in Germany during his tour of duty in the Army of Occupation. He was a member of Service Company, Personnel Section, 109th Infantry Regiment, 28th Infantry Division. His wife, Constance (Purington) joined him in September of 1952.]
