HAMPTON— Rigz Enterprises, LLC bought the 20,500-square-foot building at 9 Merrill Industrial Drive, Hampton, for $1.25 million to house their distribution business, East-West Distribution. The building has been unoccupied for the last several years.
"It's great to have the asset back in use," said Brian O'Brien, RPA, VP Managing Broker of NAI Norwood Group, Portsmouth office. O'Brien represented Rigz Enterprises. William Luers of Tamposi-Nash represented the seller, Nash Properties, in the transaction.
