Attorney William J. Fardy has opened a law office in Hampton at 4 High Street. Attorney Fardy was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in May and is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord. Before attending law school he worked twenty years as a software engineer at a number of internetworking and telecommunications companies, including Motorola, Cabletron and Lucent. He has an undergraduate degree from Boston College.

Attorney Fardy believes his background enables him to appreciate the estate planning goals of individuals and families as they approach retirement, as well as small businesses facing the challenges of competing in a global economy. He hopes to combine his technical and legal background to build a practice based on integrity, competency and personalized service.

In addition to the New Hampshire Bar, he is a member of the American Bar Association and American Intellectual property Law Association. Attorney Fardy lives in Hampton and is president of the Village by the Sea Condo Association.
