UP AND RUNNING -- Charlie's at the Beach, (formerly Hogan's Market), 703 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton, which narrowly missed being a casualty of the neighboring apartment house fire at 707 Ocean Boulevard last week, is open for business, and looking forward to a busy summer season. Owners Charlie and Denise Goodwin and their five children, ranging in age from 11 to 18 years, haven't missed a beat since they first opened on the day of that fire, and are fully stocked in anticipation of a busy Memorial Day weekend. The store, which carries a full compliment of groceries, ice cream, beer, wine and cigarettes, as well as beach supplies and toys, is open seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
