Wolfeboro-based Community Bank & Trust Company has unveiled plans to open a full-service banking office at 117 Winnacunnet Rd. in Hampton.

The bank, which is in the process of obtaining approvals for the office from town officials, hopes to begin construction in the spring.

The site chosen currently houses the offices of Royal/Design Builders, general contractor for the project, which will be moving to a new location. Community Bank & Trust Company, which opened its doors in Wolfeboro in July 1990, grew to $137 million in assets by the end of 1996. It has branch offices in Exeter and Plaistow.
