Film and Discussion with Hampton Conservation Commission

Join us on Wednesday,  August 14th at 6:00 PM in the Lane Room to learn more about the role of the Hampton Conservation Commission from how it was established to its major functions and responsibilities. This will also include an overview of some of Hampton's largest Conservation Easements and Town-Owned conservation lands including their locations, access, and permissible recreational activities. This talk will conclude with a viewing of the "Salt Marsh Farming on the New Hampshire Seacoast" documentary by award-winning producer Joshua Silveira who combines researched narration, rare photographs, and personal interviews to tell the fascinating story of the salt hay industry.
