Having a loved one depend on us for care will stimulate change (stress) in our lives. How we have learned to manage stress will determine how we will balance our time and energy. Whether you are a caregiver for a short time or long term, you will need a plan for learning good Self-Care.
Join us on Tuesday, May 8th at 6:30 PM in our downstairs Lane Room to hear local presenter Linda Champagne share her story as a caregiver for her own parents as well as offer caregiver tips derived from her experiences while working with seniors for 25 years. Participants will discuss and learn how to maintain a sense of well-being and how to avoid burn-out while caring for a loved one. The lecture is free to all, and our Lane Room is fully accessible by elevator.
