Soup Day!
Soup of the Americas Plan to join us on Monday, October 13th for our 3rd annual Columbus Day Family Soup Cook-off.  The soup tasting (with prizes!) by library patrons will begin at 12 Noon, and local chef Ron Boucher will host a professional soup demonstration at 1 PM.  Entry Forms must be turned in by 8 PM on October 8th.

North Sea Gas Concert
North Sea Gas ConcertA favorite for years at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, popular Scottish folk group North Sea Gas will present a free concert at the Lane Memorial Library on Tuesday, October 14th at 6:30 PM in the downstairs Lane Room.  Don't miss it!

Navigating Difficult Conversations
Gina Genest Local counselor Gina Genest will be offering two seminars that explore ways of managing the difficult and prickly interactions that life often throws our way.  The free sessions will be on Tuesday, September 30th and Tuesday, October 7th in our downstairs Lane Room from 6 - 7:30 PM.

Reserve Museum Passes Online
Museum Pass Reservations Thanks to funding by the Friends of the Lane Memorial Library , patrons may now reserve our Museum Passes online up to a week in advance.  Reduced-admission or free passes are available to any Hampton resident with a library card.  See our list of Museums with hours of operation and driving directions.

Bingo Game Seniors Bingo

The library and Town Recreation Dept. co-sponsor a Bingo game for Seniors every Friday at 1 PM.  All are invited!

Bridge Club Bridge Club

The library also hosts a Bridge Club for Seniors every Tuesday at 11:45 AM, Wednesday at 9:30 AM, and Thursday at 12:30 PM.

Games at the Library
Game Day Want to play X-Box games on our giant screen in the Lane Room?  Join us on the last Friday of each month at 2:30 PM for some video game fun.  Open to ages 10 and older. We also have a small screen system set up in the Teen Room upstairs where you can play a number of different X-Box and Wii games . Ask at the Reference Desk if you are interested.
